The online survey is being run on our behalf by an independent research company, the Beddoes Institute (www.beddoesinstitute.com.au), during August 2016. Your feedback will provide an objective measure of our current service performance and will enable us to identify where and how we can improve. The survey also provides our advisers with the opportunity to potentially qualify for the Most Trusted Advisers Network, an exclusive network made up of some of the best advisers in Australia (www.mosttrustedadvisers.com.au).
